Sets (C.I.C) are used for urine drainage for the
patients who have problem that normal urination
becomes impaired. This catheter should be used only
for urology. C.I.C is a portable and reusable self-
catheterization set.

Directions
for Use

Catheter Insertion
|
|
- Remove catheter from pouch and check whether
or not the catheter has been damaged.If
the catheter has been damaged, do not use it and
report to supplier.
- Wash hands with soap before
insertion of C.I.C.
- Open the blue cap and take
the catheter out from the plastic case. Do not remove
blue cap from the catheter funnel.

Hold the catheter with fingers and insert it gently
into the bladder through urethra.
- Remove the
blue cap for urine drainage.
- After finishing
urine drainage, remove the catheter and wash it
with water. Then connect blue
cap into catheter funnel and put the catheter back
in the plastic case which is filled
with disinfectant.

Warning
|
|
- Refill disinfectant everyday for better disinfection.

Should follow doctor’s instruction when using this
product.
- Catheter should be sterilized by boiling
water for 15 minutes every 2 - 3 days. Please
do not boil blue cap and plastic
case.
- Do not use disinfectant containing chlorohexidine
or iodine. They can give damage to the
catheter.

Suggested Disinfectant
|
|
- Mixed solution of 0.02% ~ 0.05% Benzethonium
Chlorite with sterilized glycerin.
