Directions for Use
|
|
- Lubricate the tube using water soluble jelly. -
Introduce tube through the nose to the stomach.
Depth marking makes it easier to check
the position of the tube in the patient body.

|
|
|
Feeding
|
|
- Connect the tube funnel with a feeding bag
or a large bore syringe, and supply nutrition
with gravity.
|
|
Gastric Suction
|
|
- Connect the tube funnel with irrigation solution
set and supply irrigation solution into stomach. -
Disconnect the tube funnel with irrigation solution
set and connect the tube funnel with the
suction device. - For effective gastric suction,
¡°Y¡± connector can be used for supplying irrigation
solution and also suctioning the
stomach by turns.
